Collectively obtained 5 awards with the attending and support teams * Organized 3 large sector events with several industry leaders and stakeholders such as parliament members, media, investors, and incubators * Co-organized 3 major medical cannabis events in Berlin and London * Grew Amazon sales by x8 during one of the biggest vape crises, with only e-liquid listings, despite the market sales halving. Redefined customer personas and reorganized all the copy, SEO, and imagery to best address their needs and expectations. Obtaining a rating of excellent in all our listings. * Set up an email workflow in Amazon to increase feedback, quickly implement changes, and remove friction. Doubled the number of reviews per month while changing the average rating from 2.1 to 3.7 out of 5. * Successfully led the company inscription in the Amazon Exclusive Launchpad Program
