Ensure all business’s narratives and message are in support of the digital marketing strategies and editorial and design decisions are aligned with the client’s brand and key stakeholders. Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques, spot opportunities in the market and drive the growth of the business Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner Supervise department’s daily workflow, assign project workload and monitor deadlines and budget Take creative ownership, provide design direction, and lead and mentor creative team members to foster a positive work environment. Designing for clients and provide the best approach towards the project with their business interest placed Core skills in layout, typography, illustration, photography, and new creative arenas as they emerge Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time and are of the highest standards Recruiting, screening and training new hires Establish strong relationships with staff and clients Research current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvements. Work with the content team to create and come up with creative ideas and design concepts for all our clients and seeing it through completion Drive change across the organisation with regard to elements such as social media or digitisation Build relationships with creative, digital and media agencies Set KPIs for team and report to the board on progress
