• Onboarding new accounts and guiding them to embrace products & services at all levels of their operations via complex integrations, alleviating redundant workflows using automation.
• Representing the company as a subject matter expert at industry events, on prominent marketing podcasts, and other high-profile speaking engagements.
• Advocating for customers' needs to the development, legal, finance, and product teams, translating requests into new features and continuous improvements.
• Traveling to client sites nationwide to align on strategy, deliver value, reassert mutual commitment, share knowledge of emerging trends, and position them at the vanguard during periods of rapid change.
