My primary task was warm-calling and emailing potential customers off of inbound leads and to sell them the appropriate transportation to meet their needs. When acquiring a customer I also acted as their representative through the entire process from beginning to end, answering any questions they may have had and solving any problems. In addition to that, I also worked hand-in-hand with the co-owner completing administrative and organizational tasks to make the company more efficient.
