May. 2010 - Jul. 2011PakistanLead facilitator for Education Takaful campaign – an educational/awareness initiative run by Pak-Qatar Takaful Group in leading national universities. Supervised and assisted in two market research projects:
o Brand Perception: The research was conducted by 4CG group for Pak-Qatar Family and General Takaful to gauge general perception of Pak-Qatar Group’s brand image.
o Concept Testing and Need Analysis for a Product Launch: An in house research was initiated by Pak-Qatar General Takaful for an upcoming innovative product, conducted by Marketing and Corporate Communications Department of Pak-Qatar Group. My role included preparing research brief, defining and streamlining research objectives, preparing questionnaires and training field interviewers. Designed, organized and executed community-based events, seminars, and press conferences on Takaful for awareness-raising and business development
Oversee Public Relations management by providing regular press releases besides media monitoring
Assistance in the development and management of customer touch-points including the Website, Call Center, Newsletters, Product Brochures/Flyers, Booklet on Takaful, company documentary, Corporate memorabilia etc;
