Achievements: • Conceptualized, designed and executed several features such as Network packet Analyzer, Mail vouch, User Behavior analysis, Recommendation Engine, Reviewer Assistant, Fraud Retargeting, Persona and Fraud Clusters, bringing MerchantRMS at par with Market Leaders • Brought down fraud rates from 0.3% when I joined the company to 0.01% on account of the new features and tools • Manual review rates reduced from15% to 3% hence bring down the Op-Ex of our customers by 35% • Response time of the product enhanced to 350 ms from 500 ms despite the new tools and technologies added • Availability and Stability of the system enhanced to 99.9% uptime SLA hence increasing the confidence on our tool • Increased revenue 40% by bringing stand-alone tools which can be given to smaller merchants. • Brought in a sales-friendly Simulator engine.
