The section of the project was descoped with the option to implement at a future date.

These were BMC Remedyforce and BMC Discovery, formerly ADDM. • Provided coverage and support for the change manager during periods of absence. Key Achievements • Maintained the accuracy of the CMDB through regular audits of the IT estate for accuracy and compliance. • Maintained software audits and license reconciliation with vendors such as Microsoft and Adobe to ensure continuity of business operations. • Ensured continuous service improvements for the AMP Service Desk, Change Manager and Application Support teams by implementing Workflows, Process Builder Flows, Self Service and Templates in Remedyforce. These improvements automated ticket creation from HR, security and system monitoring systems. This reduced the manual handling of requests and saved time required to process requests that needed multiple input from different teams.
