Managed the Design function, leading a team of 12 globally distributed, senior experience designers focusing on improving experiences within areas like Employee Customer Support, Talent/HR, Identity Management, and In-Office Experiences. Advised senior stakeholders and country leaders on product/service and employee experiences, from conceptual designs through delivery. Facilitated client workshops and meetings, translating complex ideas into achievable insights. Crafted executive-level presentations that simplify findings and concepts, helping to drive informed decision-making. Used Figma, FigJam, and Miro to help run workshops, map services & experiences, and craft ideas that become deliverable experiences.
