This includes efficiently managing payroll, overtime, and allowances processes, ensuring full compliance with labor laws, and streamlining payroll systems to reduce processing time by 25%.
• Maintain and update employee files and the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy of all data. This involves validating and processing expense claims, travel compensations, and sales incentive payments with precision and speed.
• Monitor and compile HR metrics, generating standard HR reports as needed. Offer HR assistance concerning employee engagement, wellbeing, policies, HR procedures, and fostering strong internal relations among staff
• Manage the HRIS to ensure accurate recording of performance management, absences, TOIL, and sickness data. Oversee residency, work permits, and insurance procedures, maintaining 100% compliance, and liaising closely with labor offices and insurance authorities
• Ensure that all HR and payroll documentation is accurately issued and processed by providing comprehensive support. Lead the HR team in managing timesheets, attendance, employee complaints, and enhancing internal communications, while streamlining the issuance of HR documents such as visas and passport renewals
• Assist managers by delivering briefings and guidance materials on critical HR information. Manage medical insurance schemes • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at developing the HR team, with a strong focus on training and internal relations to foster a positive organizational culture. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they transition smoothly into the organization.
• Perform general HR tasks as part of the central HR team as required, including conducting audits, providing effective HR training, and promoting positive internal relations.
