Jun. 2023As a Manager of Global Leadership & Development Programs I play a pivotal role in deploying trainings and programs in our international markets, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed and grow within the company. Key responsibilities include: ☑️ Lead the creation and implementation of learning and development initiatives. ☑️ Design, implement and manage talent development programs tailored to employee, manager, and leader needs.
☑️ Launch leadership development and career path programs aligned with organizational goals and values.
☑️ Design and implement effective, ongoing learning opportunities and programs for all staff, which may include mentor training, career path development, and professional development.
☑️ Work in close partnership with business leaders across the organization to understand the development needs and proactively deliver innovative learning solutions to support these needs.
☑️ Enhance the employee digital learning experience (LMS, MS features, AI, LinkedIn Learning etc.)
☑️ Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, as well as learning and development cooperation across stakeholder’s groups.
☑️ Hands-on coaching, facilitating workshops for teams and individuals, and delivering training sessions across various formats, such as e-learning and in-person workshops.
☑️ Measure and analyze training effectiveness to inform future programs.
☑️ Coordinate with external training providers to enhance deployed learning solutions (as needed)
