Responsibilities: Contribute to the identification, development, implementation and promotion of policy, marketing strategies, plans and operational processes for the effective marketing, promotion and recruitment of full-fee paying in-bound International students. Advise and promote to prospective students and education agents within Australia and overseas of BIT facilities, services and appropriate courses of study to suit their needs and future employment intentions, as well as appropriate pathways to further study after completion of their course at the Institute. Develop international market information through the establishment of new contacts and the identification of market opportunities to attract new international students from variety of international locations. Utilise the custom designed CRM applications to record key information linked to activities. Plan and organise overseas visits and liaison with overseas educational agencies in order to conduct seminar and interview programs internationally as required. Represent the Institute in recruitment, marketing and promotional activities within the local and international arena. Ensure that recruitment processes are consistent with both Institute and Australian government policies and requirements. Monitor functions of overseas agents with regard to the recruitment of genuine students, student success and positive outcomes. Prepare and place relevant advertising both within Australia and internationally. Project manage the development of the BIT website and deliver the final product Manage and maintain current website, as well as create new website content
