Nov. 2024 - Mar. 2025Charlotte, North Carolina, United States- Assist in the implementation of various human resources programs and procedures for all employees. - Review, process, and triage incoming communications (standard mail, email, voicemail, and service requests) to the appropriate teams while adhering to service level agreements within the case management system. - Monitor workflow queues to ensure balanced workloads, considering team availability and task complexity. - Accurately record and update the case management system with relevant call/transaction details and supporting documentation, ensuring thoroughness and precision. - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to a high volume of calls and communications from employees and HR partners, addressing questions and concerns effectively within your scope of responsibility. - Offer administrative support to Corporate Human Resources Departments, including preparing reports and correspondence as directed. - Manage time effectively to meet required service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
