Aug. 2020Fort Wayne, Indiana, United StatesBuilding on my previous role at Franklin Electric, I expanded my responsibilities to guide all facets of customer relations, including account management, customer support, order entry, and pricing. With efficiency and 80/20 methodologies in mind, I created the company’s first Customer Success organization – with five direct reports and a total staff of 45. My current focus is: • Unlocking synergies between marketing and customer success through resource alignment, restructuring, and utilizing global shared services and agency partners.
• Overseeing operational adoption of best practices that unlock the ability to deliver on the mission of becoming an indispensable partner to customers and providing “white glove service” to top customers.
• Leading all facets of brand marketing, including multi-million dollar budget management of advertising campaigns, digital transformation, new product commercialization, trade show and event planning, retail product packaging, and other projects.
• Working with the business strategy and development teams and leadership to prepare for and execute new organic and inorganic business opportunities.
• Advancing the company’s position on the Gartner Maturity Model from <1 to 2 in two years; exceeding industry benchmarks across key web, SEO, email, and social media metrics.
• Obtaining the company’s first – and subsequently multi-year – recognition for excellence from Newsweek, USA Today, Best Places to Work in Indiana, and others.
• Collaborating with Digital Customer Experience to define global web design strategy and launching numerous business, brand, and corporate websites.
• Managing the administrative execution of the Company’s global charitable foundation - Franklin Wells for the World – following appointment by executive leadership.
