This strategic approach positioned our institution as the leading program for trial advocacy in the U.S. for over a decade. In this position, a significant highlight was improving social media engagement through the national award-winning brand storytelling campaign "What Kind of Advocate Are You?" to spotlight world-class social, international, and environmental justice advocates. My efforts in crafting media relations campaigns, managing crisis communications, and fostering relationships with regional, national, and global press were instrumental in converting our audiences into brand advocates. These strategies ensured our institution secured top-tier media placements, further solidifying our reputation and impact across diverse platforms. Through the launch of the "Journalist’s Guide," I significantly expanded our annual media placements. This guide was pivotal in bridging connections between our company's subject matter experts (SMEs) and reporters, facilitating richer, more informed coverage.
