Creating brand positioning based on quarterly marketing research. Organizing tenders, holding meetings, presentations, forming technical tasks, conducting research, preparing proposals to the Board, etc. 2) Creating a new site from start to finish (http://www.absolutins.ru/), including creating a content plan, organizing a tender to find a contractor, holding meetings, writing technical tasks, preparing content, regulating the internal work with the site, preparing and agreeing on project documentation, A and UX testing obtained layouts, weekly analytics. 3) Results:
- 300+ applications for travel insurance policies (traveling abroad) left for the first 3 weeks from the launch of the website.
- 30% of applications were converted into sales.
- 80% - increase in the number of applications for mortgage insurance.
- 3 minutes - the average time to place an order (full insurance form). Extension of online partners network (insurance aggregators, specialized sites, etc.), including holding meetings, presentations, and negotiating contracts. Results: introduced more than 4 types of product calculators on more than 30 sites. Regular budget and operational reports, justification, and approval of additional budgeting.
