A lot of face-to-face work with customers, ensuring to meet all of their needs and being sure to exceed their expectations. Account Management – Responsible for owning relationships with individually assigned accounts, including dealerships, body shops and national businesses operating within the local area. Pro-actively organizing regular meetings to develop customer satisfaction. Fleet Maintenance – Establishing and maintaining relationships with various vendors to ensure the maintenance of the branch’s ever-growing fleet is always up to date and completed within a timely manor. Arranging the repair and re-call of any damaged/unsafe vehicles ‘Running The Day’ – Combining stakeholder and time management to effectively plan the branch’s schedule for the day, whilst aiming to maintain Enterprise’s daily goal of operating at 95% capacity. This involves balancing pre-bookings and customer returns, against staff & vehicle availability – whilst managing operational changes. Sales & Customer Service – Setting up new customer relationships and accounts, so as to maximize value for repeat-customers, and ensure business growth for Enterprise. Providing both ‘one-off’ and repeat customers with Enterprise’s exceptional standards of customer service – a value instilled in the Enterprise team through various sales and customer service trainings.
