Project managed campaigns, via assigned platforms, to ensure coordinating artistic and administrative teams can meet key deadlines. Partnered with the Marketing and Creative Director, as well as any third-party marketing organizations, to provide input and feedback to ensure the success of the campaign and the highest integrity of the brand. Segmented key campaign performance analytics and report on an as-needed basis.
• Assisted in the development of a strategy/plan for campaigns spanning all departments of the school.
• Collaborated with Marketing and Creative Director, to develop branded and user-generated content (with copy) that regularly showcase the Children’s & Youth Programs, Trainee Programs, Summer, and Audition Tour, as well as developing programs and upcoming events.
• Managed social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Vimeo, and Twitter. Developed, review, edit, and provide channel-specific recommendations for social media content calendars. Ensured the regular development and presence of the Joffrey Ballet School across social media channels. Lead social analytics and reporting on all owned social media content, on a weekly basis.
• Archived performance footage, photos, social media content, and other relevant materials to create an easily searchable and accessible library for future projects.
• Updated and created targeted, segmented audiences for upcoming campaigns, based on collected data from previous years.
• Collaborated with the Marketing Director and Creative Director on an ongoing basis, in projects including website updates, email marketing, campaign creation, correspondence with advertisers, and other duties.
