• Embody and Lead Equilibria’s vision and mission
• Enhance Equilibria’s brand and reputation
• Demonstrate Equilibria’s value proposition
• Identify emerging coaching and business opportunities
• Supervise account management of existing clients
• Recognize and avert emerging breakdowns
• Act as the account manager for predetermined clients
• Proposal development for new and existing clients
• Enhance client relationships
• Manage coaches leading client engagements
• Develop and manage (in collaboration with the Executive team) the strategy and plan for the different operations and offerings
• Monitor and report on client results, business results, progress toward internal goals and objectives, lessons learned, best practices, etc. to the rest of the Equilibria Executive Team
• Support Equilibria, with the execution of existing business contracts and agreements
• Proactively lead and champion the implementation of Equilibria’s offerings
• Grow the Business globally
