* Conduct Backlog Audits to ensure quality, traceability, and accuracy of backlog management.
* Conduct monthly end user feedback sessions to expose pain points and improvement opportunities.
* Acting Release Train Engineer for Dealer Originations, coaching Product Owners and Scrum Masters in agile best practices, as well as building and maintaining high performing teams, ensuring teams are continuously improving.
* Lead Agile Release Train Ceremonies, to include Iteration Demos, Bi-weekly Stakeholder Syncs, and PI Planning Pre-Planning and PI Planning Event.
* Create and maintain ART Single Pane of Glass dashboard in AZDO, which serves as a one stop for team members through Business Stakeholders to easily see initiative status, team performance, and delivery plans at team level through ART level.
* Partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Management and IT Leadership to determine prioritization of strategic initiatives while also balancing "Run the Engine" work.
* Work closely with Engineering Leadership to size strategic initiatives for forecasting time to market, as well as resource management, risks, and dependencies.
* Maintain Product Roadmaps and provide Monthly Business Reviews to IT Senior Leadership and E+ Team.
* Lead Daily Stand Ups with IT Leadership to discuss iteration status, roadblocks, risks, IT scope creep, and resource concerns.
* Instrumental member of GM Financial's Transformation Team tasked to convert our IT Organization to an Agile Operating Model.
