The visitor experience and brand home in Midleton represents seven incredible whiskey brands including Jameson, Redbreast and Midleton Very Rare. Throughout my journey with Pernod Ricard- Irish Distillers I worked with my fellow managers and stakeholders to build and develop a dedicated team that proudly welcomed our hundreds of visitors from around the world everyday. I took great pride in recruiting and training seasonal and permanent team members. I ensured they were fully equipped to deliver an exceptional service and immerse our visitors in the rich history of our whiskey making processes in Midleton. Coaching, mentoring, and watching the team grow into passionate storytellers of our brand’s history was rewarding and inspiring. Each day, the team shared the story of our whiskey with our international guests, strengthening the connection between our visitors and the legacy of our Irish Whiskey brands. Whilst in Midleton I guided the team through a transition into a newly redeveloped multi million euro brand home, now one of Ireland’s top visitor attractions.
