Created a consistent, intuitive and compelling content experience across the user journey and delivered an end2end process that ensured business value for all ecosystem participants. Responsible for compelling product argumentation, brand strategy and overall story to provide clear differentiation and visibility in the market. Responsible for the iiQKA marketing strategy across all channels both KUKA-owned and not owned, including vision, execution, content creation, production, storyboarding, outreach, and public representation. In addition, I spearheaded efforts to drive growth and development of the new iiQKA Ecosystem, onboarding providers, developers, partners and other stakeholders, as well as crafting the new ways of offering intuitive and integrated self-help, to turn it into a valuable and intuitive way to extend the functionality of the iiQKA platform and provide new opportunities for our Ecosystem providers. Major achievements: - Launched iiQKA to the world going from complete stealth to global launch, resulting in more than 15 million impressions across 2 major online events during the COVID epidemic and culminating in a world public launch at Automatica 2022 in Munich, Germany.
-Developed the iiQKA Ecosystem, including strategies, principles and lifecycle management for all devices and software that connects to the iiQKA platform from both 3rd parties and KUKA itself.
-Created an entirely new process, adopted by the global organization, to extract key values, stories and messages from individual products and the entire portfolio.
