Jan. 2011 - Dec. 2014As a founding member of Vox Mobile in 2006, I held multiple concurrent leadership roles to ensure scalable growth for the technology startup and pioneer of revolutionary SaaS-based complete enterprise managed mobility services (MMS), strategic consulting, and operations management, serving global Fortune 500 corporations spanning diverse industries. As the key client-facing executive, I sold into C-suite and managed relationships. I also coached a team of 15 client service delivery, inside sales, & outside sales representatives on solution selling, and managed a $7M Managed Service P&L. ✔ Enabled growth of startup to $12M revenue and 200 employees by establishing revenue growth strategies, sales programs, and business infrastructure. Pioneered new Managed Mobility Services (MMS) industry.
✔ Helped form the organization that became GEMA (2011), a global joint venture based in Switzerland, acting as a single point of contact & delivery network for mobile managed services in 87 countries. ✔ Created & launched Consulting Services, offering mobile policy & strategy roadmap, gap analysis, user segmentation, mobile maturity matrix, BYOD and MMS business case modeling, and TEM assessments.
✔ Built & grew Channel business to generate 80% of all Managed Service revenue. Drove relationships with AT&T, BlackBerry/RIM, Conceivium, MCPc, Sky Technologies, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Wicksoft, and others. ✔ Expanded RIM (BlackBerry) account by developing co-marketing within RIM Solutions Integrator (SI) Program and securing $100K annual contract for ongoing marketing strategy services.
