Knowledgeable in using online marketing services to promote group sales, specialty programs, group tours and banner advertising sales to events exhibitors and VIP guests. Implemented the integration of the online marketing service allowing a seamless and direct link to our ticketing customer lists. Setup and securing Box Office and Kiosk equipment, ticket stock and ticket scanning devices for onsite use. Post show review, analysis and reporting Registration: Registration liaison for the Association’s Golf Charity Event Custom Build of the event’s Online Registration Check-in process Custom build of the Auto Show’s Dealer Preview private event Registration and Check In. Banner Sales: Manage all hanging and digital banner advertising sales. Work with OEM agencies on providing detailed information of onsite banner selection, placement options, printing, installation, and onsite logistics. Track all contracts, invoices, payments to coordinate with production and hanging schedules. Website & Marketing: Update general website content.

Reconcile Event meal expenses averaging over $10K in expenses. Track all car service/Uber travel expenses for event team averaging at $20K in expenses.
