• Partnering across different Sales Teams to align with driving Long-term customer sustainability • Coaching the team to ensure operational excellence (Performance & Productivity)
• Motivating and inspiring the team in a goal and results oriented way, while keeping the satisfaction of our partners and platform users our priority.
• Implementing actionable plans to improve the Performance of the team quarter on quarter.
• Helping members of the team to develop/improve new/existing sales skills.
• Providing career coaching/ performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis.
• Ensuring healthy pipeline and working with the team in order to grow sales and generate more revenue.
• Participating in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramping-up of new team members.
• Assisting the team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Pinterest
• Regularly reporting on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
• Leading the team to achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly targets
• Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams (sales, inside sales, customer success, support teams, marketing, ops, training & onboarding, quality & assurance)
