Conducted and supported not only user interviews, researches and usability tests to learn continuously about our customer needs but also competitive analysis of existing products in the marketplace to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Created low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas, conforming to Company design standards, usability guidelines, and development methodologies for web and mobile app. Worked closely with the engineering team to ensure implementation fidelity down to the pixel. Worked with product managers, product owners, engineering leads and designers to craft and implement a UX vision and strategy (long- and short-term) that aligns with business objectives. Contributed to stakeholder management by communicating the design process, advocating for users, and clarifying the rationale of design decisions. Analysed and extended the existing Design System in Figma. Established and promoted design guidelines, best practices and standards to ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms and touch points.
