With over 25 years of experience spanning academia and industry, I bring a unique blend of leadership in higher education, business consultancy, and corporate training. I began my academic journey with a Diploma in Banking (UiTM), followed by a BSc in International Business (BGSU), MSc in IT (UPM), PhD in Management (Bayes Business School, UK), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship (Cambridge Judge Business School, UK). My career highlights include: Assistant Professor and Entrepreneurship Coordinator at IIUM, CEO of IIUM Higher Education, VP of Education and Training at Serba Dinamik Group Berhad (a public listed company), and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Interim Vice-Chancellor at UNIMY, Currently serving as Professor at Asia e University, leading postgraduate programs and APEL.Q accreditation initiatives. I also supervise MBA students at the University of Gloucestershire and consult in fintech, business turnaround, gold trading, factoring solutions, and financial literacy. As a Certified HRDCorp Trainer and Professional Coach, I am passionate about empowering professionals to translate real-world experience into recognized academic qualifications. Outside work, I’m committed to mentoring youths, promoting lifelong learning, and building strategic collaborations across industries.
