Jan. 2024Through the establishment of a People Team Project Management Office, I have transitioned into a Project Manager role. My focus remains on the priorities of the People function, with projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies in our processes, resources, and technologies. In 2025, I have undertaken three new projects in the People space: Implementation of a Time Tracking module for Germany (Workday) Creation and deployment of AI agents to provide employees with HR policy and process knowledge (Copilot) Implementation of a global benefits platform (Benifex)

Feb. 2023 - Jun. 2024Moving into the People Operations Leadership team, my role is to champion the people and user experience across our services, our systems, processes, and the wider people function. I report to the Chief People Operations Director and advise on the ongoing projects and initiatives that are taking place. My initial focus was on a global Service Now implementation which is a part of a global HR Transformation and I have taken on the challenge of change management and communication to support how we engage our business to align to our new ways of working. As we continue to develop our tools and overall services, I play a role in supporting the leadership and project teams on developing a global approach to change and communications as well as support any initiatives or technologies where user experience can be improved. As of 2024, I have been working with the Transformation team, supporting their efforts on embedding our new People Team structure and Ways of working. My role has included planning, design and organisation of 4 regional events across the world for our people teams as well as support the roll out of our People Academy (Internal development and learning).
KantarGlobal Digital HR Engagement and Process Lead
Oct. 2019 - Mar. 2023London, United KingdomWorking within the Digital HR team, my role focuses on how our Employees, Managers and HR engage with the business tools available to them. Focused on Workday, Service Now & App Learn, I work with the team to challenge and improve the user experience and set up of our systems/processes. I consult on change management and training initiatives across HR, build guidance, run engagement and activation sessions and deliver training to support our users. In 2021 I focused on leading a global project to reorganize and simplify the position management processes at Kantar. My role was varied and very hands on throughout each step from design, sign off, stakeholder engagement, testing, comms, engagement and training. Moving into 2022 I will be looking at new functionalities to advance and simplify our processes, adapting to change as well as pushing an initiative to organise and manage our Workday reporting suite.

Jan. 2019 - Oct. 2019Following a change in my responsibilities to the below my title and role have changed to fully support the implementation of Service Now, the case management tool, into our HR services teams. Previously my role in the project had been to lead the Knowledge and Service Management streams for legacy countries (GB, FR, BELUX, NL, NO, SE). I have also led and coordinated user acceptance testing for all CCEP countries and finally lead the training and communications for the West territories (GB, FR & BELUX) As part of our Phase 2 of the Service now implementation into our business, my role has evolved to be 100% part of Project Snow, my project role is split between Global Training Lead & Support Lead for West Hub (GB, FR & BELUX)
