Kate led and managed small to large-scale programs with minor to major levels of complexity both locally and worldwide. Kate spent five years in London where she was responsible for coordinating services in Europe. Travelling throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa gave Kate experience in working with and living in diverse cultures. In addition to her business responsibilities, Kate coached and mentored executives, managers, staff members and young adults entering the workforce. Kate facilitated an internal training program for senior and line leaders to increase their use of coaching in delivering sustainable business results.
