· Management of HR Statutory Document and Contract Management - Offers of employment, contracts of employment, and administrative information.
· Management of full function of recruitment and selection
· Management, coordination, administration and facilitation of the employee onboarding process. · Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRIS) - Management and Maintenance of current and upcoming HRIS (systems changes, requirements, additions, amendments etc.)
· Employment Equity - Management of the Employment Equity Committee process. Serves as the organisation’s Section 24 manager.
· Manages the Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) functions for the business by supporting employees' professional growth through training and development opportunities. Management of the Skills Development Committee process.
· Management of the BEE process for the school. · Project lead for the YES Programme for the School · Reporting – HEQCIS, HR Budgets, forecasts and actuals reporting, namely recruitment, staff welfare and staff training. · Payroll administration to the Head of HR
