Within this position I also: • Collaborate with other Managers, Regional Directors, and Funding Consultants to support forecasting goals • Train employees; develop training schedules with focus on forecasting and pipelines. • Serve on cross functional team that conducts strategic planning, develops more efficient work flows, and creates more effective policies and procedures • Develop new systems and techniques to create a strong customer experience, while collaborating with developers and IT management. • Responsible for performance reviews, internal & external audits to advance team members, retains regulatory requirements, and meet monthly goals. • Implemented Root Cause Analysis project to minimize errors and reduce excessive costs. • Research and monitor trends with insurance companies, and negotiate with contracting departments. • Collaborate with Senior management, and regional sales team to monitor budget, forecasting goals and KPI's throughout the year. • Assist in developing new policies and procedures, training methods, and lean processes.
