Implemented a Talent Review process for approximately 2000 people within the Digital Communications Technology (IT) area of BP to provide a people strategy map which drives talent management strategies going forward
Successfully recruited MBAs and Graduates worldwide to make an impact on the future leadership feeder pool of DCT
Reviewed the current MBA and graduate programmes and implemented a robust and structured development programme for both programmes, including induction and leadership development, sponsored by the senior leadership team
Researched and recommended the target business schools for 2007 MBA recruitment, which would provide candidates, that would help to fill the skills gaps within DCT. Built relationships with the career services at the targeted business schools to help to build a partnership approach with the schools. Countries included Korea, Hong Kong, Melbourne etc
Reviewed the current Career Advancement Programme (CAP), for individuals with high potential, and implemented a robust and structured development programme to ensure that these individuals are developed to achieve their full potential
Implemented and co-ordinated an assessment centre process to determine which of those individuals nominated for a high potential programme achieved the benchmark to join the Career Advancement Programme.
