Jun. 2020 - Jul. 2021- Developed and managed the company's first ever global Change Management program - Launched and trained the company on Medallia and the measurement of NPS and eNPS, creating new processes and behaviors for all customer facing employees and people managers, in under 6 months
- Owned quarterly reviews of NPS data reporting for 6 global groups of leadership driven by data insights from Medallia feedback, resulting in a robust feedback process and operational team to support change management
- Launched 100+ global & local initiatives that required partnership and coordination with stakeholders, such as: Product & Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Support, etc.
- Created and launched the global process to support 4,000 global front line employees navigate COVID operations at 800+ buildings
