• Compensation & Benefits support for HR Manager and Finance
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including CV search, selection, and interviews.
• Overseeing employee induction and ensuring they receive the company profile and introduction to all departments.
• Assist with termination procedures and conduct exit interviews.
• Support HR and Finance with salary changes, bonuses, and leave payments.
• Organize training sessions for Client Servicing, Creatives, PR, and Marketing departments. Invite external companies to conduct the sessions.
Role as PA for the MD and Department Managers:
• Meet with the Managing Director and department managers to discuss topics related to employees, such as work performance, terminations, service awards, and other responsibilities.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing events, arranging travel, and managing emails.
