Serving as Workday Learning admin through the testing phase of Learning implementation
Trained leaders/employees on Workday performance management process and continue to serve as POC Conducts onboarding presentations and trains all new hires on the basic use of the Workday system
Conducts regular manager Workday training regarding recruiting, performance management, goal setting, onboarding, and reporting
Partners with management in drafting and reviewing corrective action and performance improvement plans
Serves as point-of-contact between employees and company leadership on escalated employee issues. Evaluates and advises on programs/strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development/retention of employees
Provide HR support and coaching to managers on HR policies and processes, people management, and career development
Counsel and/or coach employees and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal complaints to resolution, discipline and/or terminations in line with local culture and the business/legal environment
Support HR data analytics to include the ability to manipulate, understand, present/interpret data
