- recruiting and managing a team of recruiters (up to 5 members),
- training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals,
- mapping recruiter competencies, evaluation, feedback.
Work with client, negotiation, market analysis. Agency specializes in searching and hiring IT professionals. The work included various positions: backend, frontend and full-stack developers from middle to senior level (various stacks: java, C#, PHP, Golang, Erlang, C++, Rust, Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, and others), manual and auto QA, system analysts, DevOps, teamleads, Product and Project managers, CTO, CDO, Agile coaches and others.
