Played a key role in launching Allure from the ground up, creating the brand identity, voice, and complete suite of marketing assets, including social rollout, website design, menus, and in-venue collateral. Directed and executed all creative materials in-house, from event decks and proposals to signage, email campaigns, and digital displays. Successfully produced and sold out major annual events such as NYE, Halloween, and Valentine’s Day, each generating over $50K in ticket sales without paid advertising. Managed ticketing platforms, guest communication, and event listings, while also developing and executing influencer marketing strategy—overseeing outreach, booking, and content deliverables. Worked closely with PR teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging across media placements and press outreach. Additionally, produced and directed professional photo content to support social, web, and promotional channels, while managing daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business. Implemented internal workflow tools to streamline asset management and improve team collaboration.
