I have managed 5 managers and their 4 employees (per store), as well as act as store manager of my home store. My primary responsibilities are to sell jewelry to customers, provide customer service, hire, terminate, and train management and store employees. I am proficient in using monster.com to solicit for employment opportunities available and also other methods of posting hiring ads for the company. As District Manager, I have traveled throughout the company to stores in many different states to train new managers and staff. I have also made trips just for sales, to take care of jewelry, engrave, and to inventory the store and take care of store ordering. I am responsible for all human resource duties; payroll, scheduling for my home store, loss prevention, salary percentages at store, and leave. I have achieved sales goals of top sales at management level, and consistently achieve store monthly sales goals. I am able to effectively communicate with top management and the storeowners. Daily sales associate responsibilities include sales, opening and closing the store, cash handling, maintaining the stores cleanliness and processing store shipments.
