I'm a psychologist with a deep passion for healing complex trauma and supporting people in reconnecting with themselves. In my practice, I combine evidence-based psychology with somatic tools like Somatic Experiencing, TRE®, and trauma-informed yoga to help clients find safety in their bodies, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change. Over the past four years, I’ve also worked as a virtual assistant and content creator for boutique hotels in Colombia. This side hustle allowed me to blend my creative eye, attention to detail, and strong communication skills—supporting businesses with content writing, guest communication, and social media strategy in both English and Spanish. Whether I’m holding space for deep healing or helping a brand share its voice, I bring empathy, structure, and a grounded, human approach to everything I do.
