Nov. 2017 - May. 2018New York, New York• Manage Annual Fund project processes including creating and managing the annual calendar, establishing project deadlines, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Provide analytical support to the Vice President and Deputy Director by identifying departmental structural pitfalls, creating proposals, and developing processes to improve efficiencies office-wide
• Assist the Vice President and Deputy Director with department expenses by balancing the budget daily, creating and distributing monthly budget reports, recording the monthly general ledger trial balances, and managing expense tracking for six departments
• Coordinate quarterly mailings by identifying signatories, determining market segments each mailing should be sent to, completing data processing for the mailing house, and creating language for letters issued to potential donors
• Manage appointments, meetings, and conferences for the Vice President
• Act as incoming call triage point by answering questions or identifying when additional support is needed
