coordinate, and supervise every action of each franchisee, as well as establish control and follow-up mechanisms to ensure the sales quota and the best management of the points of sale. Handle the accounts receivables of the franchisees in order to generate monetary liquidity for the Company.
Achievements: I have been able to consolidate and expand the brand’s success nationwide, obtaining more coverage and developing commercial strategies that guarantee the expansion’s success. I have been able to recover the Accounts Receivables by 90%, which I have maintained until now. During 2016 I fulfilled the monthly average by 110%
