In 2023, I was invited to co-develop a ready-to-wear fashion brand blending Finnish minimalism with Goan vibrancy—expanding Parallel into full product development. I now oversee the brand’s creative direction, design narrative, and go-to-market strategy, while also building partnerships across the creative industries. My leadership style is intuitive and relational. I focus on fostering collaboration through values-aligned communication and care. I represent our projects at industry events, nurture emerging talent, and build networks that turn creative energy into long-term opportunity. Through Parallel, I’ve developed a service model that merges luxury hospitality, cultural sensitivity, and human-centered storytelling. The goal has always been the same: build something beautiful, and build it with care.

At the time, no similar scholarship existed in the U.S. focused on queer youth and non-institutional art pathways. During my tenure, I led every aspect of the foundation: fundraising, donor communication, scholarship criteria, and award events. I created an inclusive, equity-focused review process that centered the individuality of each applicant’s story. We awarded over 25 scholarships in five years and built long-standing partnerships with teachers, artists, and education leaders nationwide. I also helped build visibility for the students we served, encouraging work that challenged traditional narratives and academic expectations. The work shaped how I think about visibility, celebration, and belonging not only in nonprofit spaces, but across every team and community I engage with today.
