- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a long-term product vision aligned with market needs, AI advancements, and business goals.
- AI & CX Innovation: Leverage AI, machine learning, and data-driven insights to create cutting-edge CX capabilities within CX SaaS applications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, compliance, sales, and marketing teams to build and scale impactful products.
- Customer & Market Insights: Drive product development based on user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Monetisation & Growth: Develop pricing, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives to maximize product adoption and revenue.
