Manage designers, photographers, copywriters and outside agencies to streamline content creation on a range of seasonal campaigns that includes, but is not limited to photography, videos, catalogs, and digital experiences. Core Responsibilities: Communicate overall vision on projects with members of the executive leadership team and board of investors. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies to translate seasonal business & marketing briefs into 360 campaigns. Produce and direct all asset creation for outerknown.com, email, direct mail, online advertising, social and retail partners while maintaining brand consistency across all work in all channels. Manage annual budgets for seasonal content creation, freelancers and agency partners. Contribute to the evolution of the brand while leading, and inspiring the Outerknown creative team, and share industry best practices while staying up to date on the competitive landscape. Provide leadership, and monitor the results of the creative team. Oversee and provide feedback to agency partners and freelancers to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and on-brand.
