Event Leadership: - Responsibility: Organise and lead pre-event and field logistics, coordinate key stakeholders and manage vendors, contractors and agencies. - HPC Users Symposium: Lead the annual symposium with 170+ attendees, 20 poster presenters, and 12 speakers. Manage speaker coordination, vendor collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. - ASPIRE 2A & ASPIRE 2A+ Launch: Coordinated the high-profile launch by Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat, with 120+ VIPs and The Straits Times front-page coverage. Oversaw official staffing and event logistics. - ACM ASEAN School on HPC and AI: Organised a five-day program with 60 students and 22 lecturers, fostering future HPC and AI talent. - SupercomputingAsia 2025: Organising committee for SCA2025 which was attended by over 1,300 attendees and 200 speakers. International HPC Engagement: - Represent NSCC Singapore at global HPC conferences, building strategic partnerships and positioning Singapore in the international HPC community.
