In addition, I manage the sales database, track leads, and refine communication processes to foster maximum efficiency.
Key Achievements:
• Increased click-through rate in the prospect drip campaign from 4.7% to 12.3%—and halved the unsubscribe rate—via audience segmentation, customizing messaging, and by adding compelling imagery and catchy headlines.
• Designed and launched an overdue invoice reminder system that quintupled collection success.
• Boosted LinkedIn followers by 81% in just over two years by doubling the number of posts and reposting on key staff profiles.
• Programmed in HubSpot the company's first lead scoring system for the sales team and migrated the complex client onboarding processes from difficult to share spreadsheets to HubSpot.
• Based on data from a giveaway survey, refreshed a key direct mail campaign, moving it from a buckshot to a targeted, ABM approach. Included in this effort was to design a custom folder that included swag and collateral materials that were hand-selected for each prospect. The beta test to date increased sales demo meetings by 4%.
