Developed and presented strategic proposals to optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, enhance customer experience (UX), and strengthen Comfaboy’s market positioning in Boyacá. Designed and implemented marketing, internal and external communication strategies, as well as cost-reduction and revenue-growth initiatives. Key Achievements: Coordinated the full rebranding of Comfaboy and its sub-brands for the 60th anniversary, achieving a modernized, people-centered image aligned with corporate objectives. Conceptualized, executed, and launched “La Kaja” Coworking by Comfaboy, a new collaborative workspace. Founded the School of Culture and Service from scratch, improving internal customer service, creating training programs, updating role profiles, and consolidating Comfaboy’s organizational culture. Cooperated with the restructuring of the Marketing & Communications Department, including the creation of the new commercial team.
