I’m Christopher Mills, an international field hockey coach and the founder of Atlas Performance Consulting. With over 15 years of experience coaching across Europe and the U.S., I’ve worked with national teams, NCAA athletes, and elite youth programs—including Belgium’s national development system and a bronze medal campaign with Croatia at the European Indoor Championships. Beyond sport, I’ve also led wellness and performance programs in the hospitality industry, serving as Director of a high-end fitness and wellness center at the Van Der Valk Hotel in Luxembourg-Arlon. There, I developed premium health experiences, team retreats, and performance testing systems for both individuals and organizations. At Atlas, I bring together these diverse experiences to help athletes, professionals, and teams build discipline, resilience, and lasting performance habits.
