• Lead, plan, design and implement projects
• Meet and consult with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate requirements including participating in advisory panels and teams

• Design and develop the Information Management Programme Data Science Quality Framework
• Design the People Movement Solution components, interactions, security, and transitional roadmap
• Delegate projects tasks to the correct skillset of staff members

• Research, prepare and present progress reports
• Provide expert advice in data science and analysis
Achievements:
• Completion of the initial version of the People Movement Solution, currently being used within the City of Adelaide, and numerous reports used by RMMA
These models estimate the number of people, in different modes, at key locations within the City of Adelaide. The data from these models is currently being used to improve retail outcomes, measure incentive performance, and for city planning outcomes
• Developed a quality framework for undertaking Analytics Solutions
Improved the process for testing the quality of Data Science activities, to support high quality outcomes. This included the institution of testing metrics for Data Science artefacts. • Developed an Analytics Innovation Programme
Created a programme to undertake Data Science activities based on the needs of the organisation, and in line with the strategic vision of the City.
• Framed Data Governance, and developed a CoA Data Governance Maturity Model
Identified a potential organisational saving of $1.5 million through the application of Data Governance Principles, and used the CoA Data Governance Maturity Model to identify areas for improvement
