My Key Responsibilities are as follows: 1. Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to position Crown TV as a leading media house in Zambia, Africa and globally.
Analyze market trends, audience insights and competitor activities to craft innovative solutions.
Ensure alignment of programming with organizational goals and viewer expectations. 2. Content Programming & Development: Oversee content acquisition, production and scheduling to maximize audience engagement.
Collaborate with content creators and producers to design high-quality, diverse and innovative programming.
Lead the creation of special programs, campaigns and events to boost viewership. 3. Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for advertising and sponsorship revenue growth.
Build partnerships with corporate sponsors and advertisers to enhance financial sustainability.
Design monetization strategies for digital platforms and streaming services. 4. Brand Growth & Promotion: Create and execute marketing campaigns to amplify Crown TV’s visibility and reputation.
Act as the face of Crown TV at industry events and public engagements.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local and international media networks. 5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and inspire the Crown TV team to achieve creative and operational excellence.
Build a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability within the organisation.
Facilitate training programs to upskill team members in emerging trends and technologies. 6. Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to broadcasting standards, compliance regulations and ethical practices.
