Dec. 2005 - Apr. 2009Minneapolis, MNLed the implementation of bank marketing plans and developed high impact, client collateral and financial advisor communications resulting in consistent mortgage and home equity sales, despite flat growth in the national mortgage market.Supervised and developed strategy for the redesign of the Ameriprise Bank advisor web portal, increasing its functionality, organization and ease-of-use for financial advisors. Developed client marketing collateral for financial advisors in the Ameriprise Home Lending Program, helping increase advisor engagement by 30%. This contributed to over 3,055 loan applications and over $495 million in loan volume during the first six months of 2008. Created Project BOOST (Building On Our Success Track) to generate greater success in enrolling financial advisors in the Ameriprise Home Lending Program and increase the number of loans they originated. As a result of this initiative, an additional 413 financial advisors enrolled in this program, and over 200 financial advisors originated one or more loans during a single quarter in 2007. Played a key role in the roll-out of the new Ameriprise Home Lending Program. Wrote and designed enrollment materials that were distributed to over 10,500 financial advisors. This contributed to the company exceeding its initial advisor enrollment goal by over 51%. Coordinated efforts with an internal Production Services team to manage the cost of printing all collateral materials, resulting in a net savings of over $60,000 in printing, assembly and mailing costs during a single year. Initiated a vendor vetting process to identify the capabilities and competitive strengths of outside design agencies.
