Developed client marketing collateral for financial advisors in the Ameriprise Home Lending Program, helping increase advisor engagement by 30%. This contributed to over 3,055 loan applications and over $495 million in loan volume during the first six months of 2008. Created Project BOOST (Building On Our Success Track) to generate greater success in enrolling financial advisors in the Ameriprise Home Lending Program and increase the number of loans they originated.
